*How do you use a mineral wrap?                 
          ...There are two ways:

1. We have pre-prepared wraps ready to apply. 

The ingredients have already been embedded into the wrap & all you have to do is open carefully and apply to the bodypart you are focusing on. Cover the wrap with a layer of plastic wrap, and then for maximum results, cover with hot damp towels for 45 minutes. Once the treatment is complete, all you have to do is rub in the excess and wipe yourself clean.

2. You can treat a larger area by soaking clothes in hot water and then apply. 

The mineral ingredients should be at a 3 parts water: 1 part mineral ratio. We like to use 2 tablespoons mineral mud with 4 cups water. 
*Some people prefer applying the ingredients directly to their skin and then applying the heated wraps.  Heat the water to a boil with ingredients added for one minute.  Remove from heat. Using kitchen gloves, gently wring out the cloths, and allow to cool slightly so applying is hot but comfortable. Apply all wraps immediately. The heat of the wraps opening your pores is essential.  Compression is optional.
*(For those with health conditions: compression should be avoided, for everyone else: compression may provide better results.) Cover with plastic suit or a blanket to keep heat in during the treatment. *A clean plastic garbage bag can be used for an "at home" treatment, covered by a blanket if you plan on sitting still during the treatment.

The easiest way to do this treatment is our pre-prepared wraps.  The next best method is applying a thin layer of mineral mud to your treatment area, followed by applying hot wraps..This way you don't have to worry about losing some of the minerals in the wrap material--all the minerals will already be in contact with your skin.
